You want to build your career in digital marketing? Do it with Digiffic.com!

Digiffic is one team that provides marketing services for companies on the Internet. Thanks to this, our clients can develop faster and faster, and we can grow with them! That’s why we’re looking for new teammates.

Mutual respect, trust and a little bit of craziness describe us precisely. So if you share these kinds of values, let's get to the specific points.

We can guarantee you 4 things:

  1. We reevaluate your pay every 6 months. Your pay rise will be based on revenue your projects generate. This makes negotiations pretty straight-forward. You bring more money, you make money. It's simple as that.
  2. Remote work. You can work from home, but you will also have a desk in our office in Gdańsk. You can come at any time you want!
  3. Flexible hours. You can work in the morning, evening or at night. But if it’s needed to talk about the details of the projects, stay in touch during the day.
  4. Webinars or other forms to expand your knowledge. If you want to constantly improve your skills, we will help you with that.
  1.

Why our clients are the best clients?

Have you ever wondered how cool it would be to design PPC campaigns for the largest brands in the world? Our team doesn't have to wonder. We take care of social media ads for Zalando, we were responsible for Microsoft's Azure ads in Europe and helped Electrolux become more visible on Amazon.

Or maybe you prefer to scale up businesses from scratch? That's not a problem whatsoever. We're a vital part of many startups, supporting them with data analysis, ASO, SEO, PPC and marketing automation. Social media for cool people in London? Check. An online marketplace connecting caregivers with seniors in need? We've done that.

But beside enterprises and startups, there's a lot of room. We help software development companies, local product businesses, ecommerce websites and we're responsible for a huge chunk of personal loans market in Scandinavia.

We're never just a marketing agency to our clients. We're partners that design and execute complex sales strategies, constantly looking for further growth potential. This is why there's always mutual trust and this is why once we started working with a company, we keep working with them for years to come.

If it sounds like something you'd be interested in, you're in the right place.

How does the recruitment process look like?

The entire process can be described in a few steps:

  • You send to us your CV.
  • When we get to know your experience, we will contact you.
  • Then you will go through the small “test” which will check your abilities.
  • When the test it’s done and reviewed by us, we can talk about details and sign documents.

Can I come to work with my pet?

Of course, it's not only that we won't mind. We'd love to meet your pet and we're sure it'll find it cozy here.

Can I try again if my CV is rejected?

Yes you can! It's possible that the last time you tried, we were looking for someone with a little bit different background and experience, but it doesn't change the fact that we'd love to have you on-board.

Is the recruitment process conducted in Polish or English?

We have clients and applications from different countries, which is why we don’t conduct job interviews in one specific language. So if you’re Polish we don't mind speaking to you in this language, as long as we can test your English skills during the interview. If you’re from another country we will be talking just in English.

I signed a contract. What's the next step?

When you've become part of the team, it's time to get to know our office. We will show you important places and your desk. You'll have time to learn about the projects we’re working on and your tasks. Of course you'll also receive full support from us.
